Best dry ribs in the state! Best prices in the state! Best service in the state! If it's your first visit, you have to try the ribs, onion rings, and cole slaw. If you don't eat pork then try their BBQ brisket sandwich between Texas toast. Their jumbo sandwich will fill you up!

If you like dry ribs or if you have never tried dry ribs you have to come to this place. They are better than any other BBQ place in Memphis when it comes to dry ribs. There are some close competitors for the wet ribs and depending on your taste you may or may not think BBQ-Shop's wet ribs are any better than Neelies or Interstates or Corkies. Once you have tried their dry ribs you will never go back to wet ribs. The atmosphere and the prices can't be beat either. If you don't eat pork don't dispare! They have the best BBQ brisket sandwich in the state. Try it between their Texas toast. You have to try their Cole Slaw. I hate cole slaw and I get a double order every time I come to this place. If you like onion rings you have to get a side with your meal or as an appetizer. You waon't regret it. Forget any diet and come give this Mid-Town restaurant a try. You won't regret it.
