While the staff is wonderful and I am happy with the work that was done, it has been apparent from day 1, their main concern seems to be money. After the lady scheduled the appointment, we discussed payment arrangements. I had a hefty bill and stated I would make 2 payments withing 1 month. I made the first one the day of the work and while I was heavily medicated before my surgery, was questioned intently on the other half of the payment and that "it wasn't right" and "she didn't have the authority". Every call after that was about money. Not, "how are you"? "Are you ready to schedule your next appointment?" But, have you paid. Even after I paid in full, I was still being questioned about the money as if I had not paid it. Now, my last visit may have to be scheduled "next year" because of insurance???? even though I have "paid in full" for quite some time now. I must reiterate, the doctors and staff are wonderful but I do not feel they are truly concerned with me...just their money.

We have gone to Dr. Caldwell for many years. This year is the first time they've actually been on our insurance as providers, but we have counted it worth paying "out of network" for the quality of care. A couple of times, we've gone elsewhere trying to save money and hurried back to Dr. Caldwell. Teeth as so important that you need to have someone you have great confidence in whenever something serious happens. The office staff has been there for a long time and is pleasant and efficient, the hygienists are good, and David Calwell is kind and caring and understanding and a great dentist. My husband and I and four children have been their patients, so we have lots of experience!

Dr. Ruder is the only dentist I know who can give a novocaine shot without hurting you. My children and I have had wisdom teeth removed and never had any problems. We did not even need pain medicine stronger than aspirin. The hygienists are great too.
